Pros & Considerations
World
Johto opens into Kanto after the first credits, giving the campaign an unusually large two-region structure.
Progression
Gym, rival and route structure gives the campaign a clear sequence while optional captures and side areas reward exploration
◇Consider
Pacing: Level progression and the late-game level curve can feel uneven, especially around the return to Kanto.
Completion: Version-exclusive Pokémon mean a single release cannot complete its full Pokédex without trading, transfers or another compatible version
