A systems-heavy Ivalice JRPG whose Gambits automate routine party behaviour while License Boards, jobs and freely roamed zones make preparation as important as issuing commands moment to moment.
Follow this game to see future mod, translation, platform and version updates in My FC.
Key strengths: Gambits let the player program conditional party behaviour, turning AI setup into a core RPG system instead of leaving allies to generic automation. Enemies exist directly in the field and combat flows without separate battle screens, years before that became common in JRPGs.
Approximate playtime recorded for this entry. Side content, difficulty, play style and version can change the total.
